We provide a holistic approach to our care and support which ensures your loved ones maintain their independence and quality of life. Our ethos is to provide traditional dignified, unrushed, person-centred thorough care with an extra focus on nutrition and skin care if required. Our care packages are varied and could range from just a little companionship and a moral booster once a week, support post hospital discharge, sensitive help for someone with dementia needing prompts with diary commitments and daily tasks or helping those in need of palliative care.

Most of our clients don’t want to rely on their closest family members because they feel they are a burden. Personal care is often an embarrassing issue for parents to accept their daughter or son undertaking especially as this is more of a psychological element. More often than not, by receiving outside support the relationship between dad and daughter or mum and son can go back to how the parent would like it where they are the parent and protector and boundaries of dignity are not crossed.

Catto Homecare’s experienced staff deliver the highest quality of care and support and make a positive change in both the live of the client and their family too.

Our Registered Manager will undertake a thorough baseline assessment and agree with you how much care is required to meet your family’s needs and carefully monitor thereafter all aspects of your tailored care package. This is sometimes conducted with the support of social services. We then mutually agree on how many hours need to be contracted to enable mum, dad or a family member to live as independently as circumstances allow.

If you have any questions/issues please do call Wendy or Lou on tel 01276 500 522 to discuss how we can make an immediate difference to you and your family’s support needs.
