CQC rating
Since late 2024, we have been working through a comprehensive action plan to address all identified areas for improvement.
However, the timing of the April inspection meant that many of these improvements were still in progress and had not yet been fully embedded. As such, our April 2025 CQC report reflects this transitional stage.
While this is understandably disappointing, we remain confident that, with continued focus and dedication, Catto Homecare will regain its ‘Good’ rating at the next inspection.
Throughout this period of change—and despite the challenges—our clients have remained loyal and deeply appreciative. Many have personally shared their thanks for the consistent care, professionalism, and compassion demonstrated by our team.
Our focus is firmly on the future. We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence. We are proud of the positive developments already underway and the strong, resilient service we are continuing to build.
