I am very proud to be working for Catto Homecare as I respect the way the company is run and the person-centred care we provide to our clients is excellent. It is a very supportive environment as a staff member and my opinions are taken on board.

We offer a great service to clients by taking them to hospital appointments, GP appointments and it is so rewarding. I take pride in saying I work for Catto as all staff members treat their colleagues and clients with dignity and respect. I am grateful for all the opportunities that Catto has given me, and I look forward to continuous career development.

I especially enjoy how efficient management is, as they ensure I have adequate time with each client allowing me to do my job to the best of my ability.

I feel I am a valued staff member and a happy employee in a well-rounded supportive team. It is imperative to have great communication amongst care staff and the rapport between clients and staff is excellent.

Our medication training is up to date and made available if anyone would like to learn more.

Overall, I am a happy member of staff. To have a good rapport with management and the office team is so appreciated.

I have worked for Catto Homecare for 3 years now. It has been a wonderful small business to work for as I have been given the opportunity to grow as a person and study my NVQ.
